At the beginning of every month, I feature a current or past project that Choice Cabinet is a part of. Hamilton House in Mayfield Heights, Ohio is October’s featured project. I had the opportunity to tour some of the units in the perfectly wooded area.

HAMILTON HOUSE: WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Hamilton House is managed by Zaremba Management Company. It’s a part of Zaremba’s network of fifteen apartment communities in Northeast Ohio. Located near Gates Mills Valley, Hamilton House hides in a peaceful wooded setting. This is a luxury apartment complex that offers the right amount of privacy. The twin-atriums are just minutes from shopping, restaurants, and recreation.
Renovations have been taking place at Hamilton House. The common areas upgraded include the grand atrium lobbies, hallways, and building exterior. You’ll find a well-equipped fitness center and a nearby quarter-mile jogging track. Let’s not forget about the men’s and women’s saunas and heated pool.
The apartments have also been part of the renovations. The upgraded apartments now have granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The luxury touch comes from the stunning fixtures, finishes, and wood-style plank flooring. They loved our Choice Essentials® Brentwood cabinets so much, they had them installed.
THE CHOICE DIFFERENCE
Choice Cabinet met with Zaremba Management to discuss various options. Zaremba chose our espresso stained Brentwood door style for the kitchen and bathroom. One kitchen floorplan has a fully functional L-shape with a breakfast bar. The espresso stain adds a layer of dramatic to the modern Shaker profile. Built on our Choice Essentials® platform, these Brentwood cabinets will last resident after resident.
