This month, Properties Magazine is featuring Centric Apartments. A variety of attractions surround this historical neighborhood. In addition, Centric was one of our projects. I had the opportunity to tour the apartments and neighborhood. Both of which are special and unique.
Keep Your Renovation on Budget
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
Centric Apartments is at the heart of Cleveland’s East Side. It’s at the edge of University Circle and Little Italy. This makes it a prime location for culture. The Cleveland Museum of Art is within walking distance. The Museum of Contemporary Art is also nearby. If you’re more of a natural history buff, check out the Cleveland Natural History Museum.
You’ll never find yourself bored at Centric. Both University Circle and Little Italy offer variety of entertainment venues. University Circle is known for the amazing restaurants. Along with the museums, the Cleveland Orchestra makes its home here. Little Italy is a great place for authentic Italian cuisine and gourmet bakeries. Local galleries and shops line the cobblestone streets. Above all, there’s something for everyone.
THE CHOICE DIFFERENCE
Choice Cabinet partnered with Panzica Construction Company to supply the cabinets. Centric Apartment houses 272 apartments. Our Multi-Family Division designed a cabinet that would embody the area.
It was our construction that set us apart. In addition to our construction style, we created a door style that was sleek and modern. We came up with an espresso and cherry finish. The door style was a full slab overlay. These elements blended for a modern look. In addition, the colors provide a warm and cozy feel even in the harshest of Cleveland winters.

THE WRAP UP
Centric Apartments is in a location that I find myself wanting to go back to. There’s so much to do and see…and it’s all within walking distance. The building is modern and sleek.
