Putting Luxury in the Luxe

At the beginning of every month, we feature a current or past project. The Luxe at Pepper Pike is this month’s featured project. The Luxe is a transitional townhouse community in Pepper Pike. I had the opportunity to tour the model unit and check out the lively neighborhood.
ABOUT THE LUXE
The Luxe at Pepper Pike is a beautiful, contemporary designed townhouse community. Construction started in March 2017. The first townhouses became available in June 2017. This gated community features a fitness center and community room. You’ll find outdoor entertaining areas as well. With 40 units with four different floor plans, you’ll be able to find the unit to fit your refined style. The Luxe fits your family needs with two to three-bedroom units.
Each townhouse comes with a two-car garage as well as a finished basement. With Beachwood Place and Legacy Village minutes away, you’ll be able to fill the large closets in no time. The contemporary touches and modern finishes make the Luxe at Pepper Pike feel like a work of art.

THE CHOICE DIFFERENCE
Choice Cabinet partnered with JA Friedman Capital to supply the cabinets. What sold Choice Cabinet was our quality construction and product offering. Our Multi-Unit division came up with a contemporary cabinet for the project. The cabinet was a full overlay slab door style and used thermofoil as the finish.
Thermofoil is a plastic material heated and formed to the profile of the cabinet. You can choose between smooth, textured, or metallic finishes with Thermofoil. You also have a wide variety of color to choose from. For the Luxe at Pepper Pike, they went with a smooth white and textured brown finish. Using the two different colors and textures creates a dynamic and bold look.
