What is your lead time?
Pickup orders typically take 5–10 business days. Delivery orders typically take 2–3 weeks.
Do I need to make an appointment to visit the showroom?
If you'd like to sit down with a team member and discuss any aspect of your project, yes, an appointment is recommended.
If you want to pop in and browse our cabinetry and door styles in person, walk-ins are welcome.
Do you offer design services?
Yes! Our talented team of designers offers both design and estimating services to help bring your project together.
Do you come to my home?
Absolutely! First, we ask you to supply us with information to get started. Once you're ready to move forward with your project, we'll send a representative to your home for a complimentary field measure. This allows us to verify measurements, identify any discrepancies, and make any necessary adjustments to your design.
If you cannot supply us information to get started, we also offer a $125 paid field measure, where a representative come to your home to gather the measurements and information needed to begin your design.
Please note that changes to your plan following the field measure may result in changes to your final price.
What information do you need from me to start a quote?
To get started, we'll need:

• Shipping address and ZIP code

What information do you need to create a design?
The more information you can provide, the better we can design your space. Please provide:
• Door style of interest
• Ceiling height
• Wall length measurements
• Locations and dimensions of windows and doorways, including casing
• Appliance types and measurements (model numbers are also helpful)
• Type of sink you plan to use (farmhouse or undermount, etc.)
• Photos of your existing space
What is your design and ordering process?
Here's what you can generally expect:
Step 1: Send your designer photos and measurements of your space.
Step 2: Meet with your designer in-person or by phone to discuss your project and list of wants and needs.
Step 3: Your designer will create your design and estimate and send them to you via email typically within 1–4 business days.
Step 4: Review your design and let your designer know about any changes you'd like to make.
Step 5: Your designer will make the requested adjustments, typically within 1–3 business days.
Step 6: Review the updated design and let your designer know about any additional changes.
Step 7: Your designer will make the final adjustments, typically within 1–2 business days.
Step 8: Request a field measure and place a deposit on your project.
Step 9: Your designer will make any final adjustments based on the field measurements and provide your final quote.
Step 10: Review and sign the necessary documents, including policies, door style confirmations, and pricing.
Then it's time to sit back and look forward to your new space!
